Spacewell is active in the fast-growing building management segment. They focus on making building management smarter. Additionally, they can provide real-time assistance to building users, and deliver more effective, activity-based services.
To begin, we aimed to establish a style that would accurately reflect Spacewell's desired vision, having a playful tone but staying close to their branding. Through extensive research and inspiration-seeking, we discovered that utilising gradients could effectively convey the desired sense of joy and playfulness. After multiple rounds of iteration and feedback, we were able to create a final product that truly embodies the essence of what Spacewell was looking for.
Their request was to design a web-based portal. A portal that would allow their partners to understand who they are, what they do and to see their partners plans. With a joyful and playful appearance that diverged from their current visual style, while still aligning with Spacewell's mission and vision.
Their mission/vision is to improve clients' outcomes by revolutionising workplace interactions and sharing knowledge/data. They provide tools for data-driven decisions and interventions in economy, ecology, and experience, to enhance building, people and service performance.
The outcome was a web-based portal that has a harmonious blend of blues, greens, greys, and a subtle accent of purple, which added a touch of liveliness, in a form of a gradient. The gradient is seamlessly integrated throughout the layout, creating a dynamic background reminiscent of the fluid movement of a crowd of people.
